I wanted to share some exciting news! I was recently interviewed by Sarah Sloat from Inverse on how to set boundaries by saying NO related to the loosening Covid restrictions.
As we transition toward more summer activity and minimal Covid restrictions, many of us worry we will return to our pre-pandemic busy and distracted lifestyle. There is also concern about the increasing social and familial expectations to get together and do more.
Setting boundaries will help you protect the valuable lessons and self-discoveries that you learned during the pandemic.
