I hope you are having a lovely and restful New Year’s Eve day, and taking a moment to perhaps reflect on your growth, blessings and resilience shown over this extraordinarily challenging year.
I wanted to thank all those who participated in our first focus group this past Tuesday. I also appreciate the feedback, “I really enjoyed it,” “It was very informative and fun!”
I am doing two additional focus groups to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges, needs and strengths involved in making life changes and transitions at midlife.
I’d love to have you join me this Tuesday 1/5 from 7:30 – 8:15pm via Zoom where we’ll get together and share more about this.
