Hopefully your New Year is off to a great start! I've learned over many years of coaching and therapy that powerful behavior changes occur more
successfully with 2 key ingredients – support and accountability. So, for all of you who set resolutions, or perhaps intentions, consider these 2 invaluable ingredients as you plan to successfully reach your goals and dreams in 2025!
With this in mind, I decided to host and
facilitate an intimate 52 Weeks to Self-Love Book Club for women starting on January 22nd.
Together, with the support of a community of like-minded women, we'll read my new book one week, one chapter at a time. We'll share insights, self-discoveries, challenges, clarify key
concepts, and celebrate successes. Along the way, I will offer helpful coaching and behavior change strategies that have been successful for many women over the years, including myself. I expect beautiful transformations as well as friendships to unfold over the course of the 4 months. And laughter and fun!
At the end of 4 months, together we can decide if we'd like to continue our club gatherings.
