Dear ,
Over the many years, the number one skill I help clients develop is that of setting personal and professional boundaries. It’s an invaluable skill that unfortunately we are not taught – not at home, school or our workplaces.
Boundaries are essential for having healthy relationships. They are also a key component of creating and protecting our work/life balance - so we feel more in control of our lives, and less overwhelmed. Being able to set boundaries also enables us to prioritize ourselves and our time – so we can do more of what is important to us, whether it be our families, health,
community, or pursuing a passion.
Join me on April 20th from 7:30-8:45pm EST for my new Boundaries 101 Workshop. This is a great introduction to learning to set and maintain boundaries. I will review the key signals to know when to set a boundary, the 3 obstacles I
call the “anti-boundary muskateers” and a step by step process you can use to begin setting boundaries.
