Hi ,
Often, upon awakening, we assess how we feel overall –including our energy, mood, body, and then imagine what kind of day we’re going to have. We may feel tired and out of sorts, and then realize we have a full day scheduled with lots of to do’s and expectations for our Selves. Many of us on these days push, judge, and even berate our Selves for feeling this way. We do this often in an effort to motivate our Selves to get
everything we scheduled done.
Unfortunately, this way of being often leads to increased stress and pressure on our Selves, and feelings of failure if we don’t accomplish everything we set out to do.
Well, Noodle, the adorable pug and TikTok phenomena gone viral (with his loving and and positive-minded owner Jonathan Graziano) is shaking things up – with his funny, compassionate and uplifting videos. And giving everyone permission to take a needed mental health day and/or practice some invaluable self-care.

Fun news: It happens to feature part of an interview with me 😀 about the incredible national reception Noodle has received! You can discover whether Noodle is having a “bones” or a “no bones” day, and what this means for you!
Cheers!
